Others

Radio/ TV

  • Around sounds can provide recording sessions at gigs and festivals for live or future broadcastings. We can also cover events who may want recording, to overdub footage, as our recording would be far superior sound quality to that captured by cameras

Schools and community groups.

  • Around sounds can record the CD of a school or community group, with no worries over the details.  We look after all the recording, mixing and mastering of the CD.
  • We can provide recordings of individuals singing a song, for them to keep, or analyse their performances.  Around sounds can also record school plays, choirs, and pageants so parents can capture and keep a recording.  Such recordings can also be sold for fundraising events.
  • Music teachers may find a need to record student’s work from time to time, which will help the students in confidence and improving their performance, and also in identifying mistakes and discretions in their work
  • We do all the setting up and running around, all you need to do is perform.  Any requirement you need Around sounds can provide a solution.

Clubs and societies

  • Comedy club, children’s and youth groups and other society groups may also require recordings of their events.

Children singing and karaoke

  • Parents might like a recording of their children singing their favourite songs, to a backing track. Around sounds could provide regular karaoke nights with recordings of their performance.

Conferences and speeches

  • Large companies and organisations require recordings of conferences and speeches, for staff training purposes and for people who may not be able to attend the event.
  • Functions such as weddings and other events can also be catered for.

New media

  • A very new area in new media is pod castings, people such as comedians, Poets, book readers, may want recordings made and then converted into mp3 format ready to upload to a website, for people to download onto their portable music players.

Computer musicians/ Home studios

  • Many people have computer based home recording set-ups, but are usually limited to two inputs (can only record two instruments at a time) so when it comes to recording things such as drums they would find my services useful.
